I love attending air shows: the excitement, the skill of the pilots, their machines, the hype of activity, and for me as the photographer: the challenge to get that special picture. I just have to bear with the noise.
This gallery is my tribute to the devotion, the immaculate skill and the preparedness to take life-threatening risks to entertain the crowds. I raise my hat to the guys who so passionately rebuild, fly these machines and maintain their airworthiness to keep history visible and tangible for generations to come.
I am celebrating with you when an action gets well-captured.
