Part 4.3 Court Cases – Barbet and Squirrel
October 9th, 2014 In Court - a Narrative
There are many other bird feeders, but this is a matter of chasing away an intruder. And who is the intruder? It depends whose side you are on. You decide.
This is one version. [Cresty-Barbet was trying to get to the seed cone when Scampering Squirrel showed up] “Hey, get your tail out of here. This cone belongs to me!” Or was it like this?: [Scampering Squirrel was nervously upside-down eating from a seed cone, when Cheeky Cresty-Barbet suddenly showed up and started poking, stabbing insults: “Are you nuts? Scrammm! This cone is mine!”
[Poor Scampering Squirrel was so gripped with fear that he summarily left for a safer higher haven up the tree with Cheeky Cresty-Barbet still yelling: “And don’t you dare come back!”
